How Our Cold Chain Delivery Works
Every order leaves our Brisbane facility in insulated cold chain packaging designed to maintain safe meat temperatures throughout transit. Daily cut-off
Orders must be placed by 1 pm AEST to be booked for the next available pickup. Late orders roll to the following working day automatically.
Lead times

Yes. Every order is packed in insulated cold chain packaging with gel ice packs to maintain safe temperatures from dispatch to your door. We do not ship with standard room-temperature couriers.
What is the daily booking cut-off time?
1 pm AEST each working day. Orders placed after 1 pm are automatically booked for the next available working day pickup.

Why does South Australia only deliver on Tuesdays?
SA deliveries follow a weekly refrigerated freight run that departs Brisbane on Fridays. Stock must arrive at our depot by Friday for delivery the following Tuesday. This ensures the cold chain is maintained for the full interstate transit.
